Practicing headstand yoga pose at home!

Headstand for some energy

To get into this pose, start by sitting on your knees. Make a bowl of your hands and place them in front of you. Place the upper part of your head in the bowl of your hands, lift the butt. Engage your core muscles and start walking your feet to your chest. Then lift one leg first, then the other. Keep engaging the core and keep stretching both feet up to the ceiling!
